Rosneft sells petrochemicals and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) on the Russian domestic market and for export. Sales in 2021 amounted to ~ 4.3 million tons. The product basket is a wide range of items, which can be generally divided into the  target products and by-products of petrochemistry.

Basic principles of sales of the Petrochemicals and LPG

Petrochemicsl products and LPG of  Rosneft are sold:

• at tenders held by the Company  http://tender.rosneft.ru/refining/index.html;
• at the stock exchange SPIMEX  https://spimex.com/en/;
• at tenders / auctions held by buyers, incl. under federal programs

In order to purchase products, it is necessary to:

1. Choose a product of interest
2. Submit a set of documents for passing the assessment procedure for compliance with qualification requirements. Information about the procedure is available via the following link http://tender.rosneft.ru/prequal/index.html
3. In the list of relevant tenders, select one of your interest via the following link  http://tender.rosneft.ru/refining/index.html 
4. Submit an offer in accordance with the conditions set forth in the tender documentation.
5. Following the results of the tender, you will receive a relevant notice
